This recovery strategies may vary; our task is to determine the best possibility rate from each strategy. Of course, align with client’s objectives. If the debtor shows a cooperative attitude during the implementation, persuasive steps will be taken. Otherwise, we will consider a lawsuit against the debtor, carefully in strategic and practical ways to pursue the client’s losses.
Client Profiling is the process of gathering and analyzing information about debtors (clients) to understand their financial situation, payment behavior, and likelihood of repayment. This profile is used to develop tailored recovery strategies, prioritize accounts, and optimize collection efforts.
By leveraging on existing information at collateral agreements and defining dedicated crash programs to improve the available collateral data set to better address recovery strategies.
We use asset due diligence, tracing, and investigation; to combine information on properties value, collateral, borrowers, guarantors (i.e. market valuation, auction information) in monitor unexpected depreciation.
